Criatec is managed by a consortium between Antera Gestão de Recursos S.A. and Inseed Investimentos Ltda. The consortium to run the Fund was selected by BNDES in 2007 through a public bidding process.

In order to manage the fund Antera and Inseed contracted 7 regional managers that are directly responsible for sourcing local prospects and monitoring invested companies until they are divested.

The Investment Committee is the highest governing body in the Criatec Fund and is elected by the General Shareholder’s Meeting. It is composed by representatives from the shareholders the Fund managers and two independent, external members.
